About Body 180

Emma Buckley, Nutritionist and Nikki McNamara, Personal Trainer are bringing together their 26 years of experience in the health and fitness industry to help you turn your health around! Underpinned by a medical check and blood test, Body 180 will get your health going in the right direction.

Body 180 is a 6 week course which will give you personalised nutrition and exercise plans, training, guidance and a further 6 weeks of ongoing support - all the tools you will need to change your lifestyle for good!

We are looking for serious people who are committed to improving their overall health and in turn, we are committed to helping you achieve that. We cater for all ages and all fitness levels. Whether you’ve never done any exercise before or you’re advanced - we will tailor a programme for you!

Emma Buckley

Emma is passionate about nutrition and the role it plays in your health. She specialises in weight management and food intolerances.

Nikki McNamara

Nikki has worked for one of Ireland’s premier health clubs whilst also gaining invaluable experience teaching pilates.
